Caramel Corn

Here's the requested Caramel Corn recipe, enjoy!

Caramel Corn

1/2 cup butter
7 large marshmallows OR 70 small marshmallows
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 batch of airpopped popcorn (1/2 cup seeds)

In a medium saucepan, place the margarine, marshmallows, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted.

Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle caramel mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.

MICROWAVE VERSION: In a microwaveable bowl place the butter, marshmallows, and brown sugar. Put bowl in microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring until melted. Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle caramel mixture over popcorn and toss to coat. You may need to use a magic spatula to mix caramel over popcorn.(Plastic Spatula used for baking- for those people who aren't family members reading this and don't know what a "magic" spatula is.)
