Crock Pot Pork Roast


  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 oz.) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 5 1/2 pounds pork (or pot) roast

Mix together soup, soup mix, and water. Place roast in crock pot and coat with soup mixture. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours.

This is so easy! We have it practically every Sunday at home...just stick it in before church and eat it when you get home! I love dry onion soup mix....we usually go to Sam's Club and just get a six pack because it tastes so good on potatoes, chicken, etc...anything you want to cook.
