Cheesecake Brownie Bites

  • 1 package brownie mix of your choice
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 5 T. Butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 F. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on the box, set aside. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon about 1 tablespoon brownie batter into prepared muffin cups (save about 1/2 cup of batter for the last step). Spoon about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mix on top of brownie batter. Put a small dollop of brownie batter on top of the cream cheese mix in each cup. Using a butter knife, swirl the batter in each cup. To make a heart patter on top, just run the knife straight through each dollop of brownie batter. Bake at 325 F for about 40 min. Makes approx 15 muffin sized brownies.
