Cranberry Turkey Sandwich

2 slices of your favorite bread

2-3 slices of turkey

2 T. cranberry sauce

2 T. cream cheese

Mayo

Lettuce

Butter

Soften cream cheese in the microwave until its warm and easy to spread. Assemble all items in a sandwich except for butter. Spread butter on outside of sandwich and grill.

My favorite bread for this is cracked wheat sourdough, Bob likes whole grain. You can make this with thanksgiving leftovers, or deli turkey any time of year. The best cranberry sauce is the canned kind with whole berries (instead of the smooth jellied kind).

I found some really yummy cranberry sauce at Trader Joes this year. It is not canned it is in the cooler section in a plastic container. It was really good.
