Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges

4 large red potatoes
1/4 c butter
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Heat oven to 425. Cut potatoes in wedges. In 3 qt saucepan place potato wedges add enough water to cover Bring to a full boil. Cook over med. heat until potatoes are tender. (8-12 min). Drain. In a 13 x 9 pan melt butter in the oven for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except the potatoes. Add potato wedges and coat both sides with the butter mixture. Bake for 10 min, turn potatoes then continue baking for another 10 minutes until lightly browned. 6 servings

We had these for Easter dinner 2009 and everyone loved them.
