
- 3/4 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package ranch salad dressing mix
- Chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 350.
In a shallow bowl combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken into melted butter, and then roll in cornflake mixture to coat.
Place chicken breasts in greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Makes 8 servings.
A Sunday dinner favorite!

We made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome, soooo good. Caleb ate twice as much as I did!
This is so good! I have been finding that simple chicken things like this are great. We used honey bunches of oats for the cornflakes, it tasted a little cinnamoney.
