- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 chicken wings
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
In saucepan, heat butter and hot sauce just until butter melts. Then turn heat to low and keep warm. Deep fry chicken (8 to 10 at a time) in oil for 13 minutes, turning 1 or 2 times. Drain chicken on paper towels for 30 seconds then immediately toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce mixture and remove.
These are so good for a football game party or something like that. The recipe seemed a little difficult to me at first but it's so easy.

Ooh these look good- Emma loves the Honey BBQ Wings- I wonder how spicy these are and if she'd like them.
They are kind of spicy...maybe too spicy for a little kid...but I am sure you can just reduce the amount of hot sauce (maybe replace it with some honey barbecue sauce! mmm...that actually sounds pretty good) and cayenne pepper and it would just taste like a normal buffalo wing.
