Layer the ingredients in the order listed below:
- 1 15oz can of Refried Beans
- 16oz Guacamole
- 16oz Sour Cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mexican blend
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 can sliced olives
Tips:
Use a rubber spatula to spread the beans, guacamole and sour cream
To keep the sour cream from completely mixing in with the guacamole, use a spoon to put it on in lots of little dollops

This is delicious, we made it for dinner once. Yeah it is kinda hard to put the sour cream on top of the guacamole without making it look like barf.
When Laura made this at our house, we used the leftovers in a tortilla and it made a tasty vegetarian taco.
